How about a cup of Korean herbal medicine tea?
It is not only natural and easy to reach in daily life, but it is also very healthy. Each tea made with a different kind of herbal medicines show its own characteristics. Have the joy of curing yourself with tea when you would ordinarily have gone to your doctor for a check-up.
*Milk vetch root tea
Milk vetch root(Hwang Ki) tea is the most famous Korean Medicine tea. It controls sweating and urination. Due to these properties, it is used as a cure for diabetes. Having no strength in muscles and sweating all over are sign of weakened Ki and body. Milk vetch root reduces sweating and strengthens the skin. It also helps get rid of pus and soothes swelling. It is even better than Ginseng in helping the body grow new flesh. It also has effects on chronical weariness, insomnia and improving health.
*Job's tears tea
The first thing that happens to you when you drink Job's tears tea, is that you lose your appetite. It sooths swelling and stops diarrhea. It shows good effect on soothing swellings in the limbs. Job's tears contains balanced amount of protein and carbohydrates. It also contains a lot of Vitamin B, niacin, calcium and iron. It helps improve skin problems such as pimples, acne, freckles etc.
* Mandarine orange skin tea
Fix tea with 3g~12g per serving. It helps circulation in the body. It is good for digesting problems and excreting difficulties. It cools down body heat so it is good for people who gorge themselves when stressed.
*Hawthorn tree fruit tea(Wild apple tea)
Helps the spleen and stomach digest food. It shows great effect on helping digesting fat and protein. It dissolves extravasated blood and reduces pain. It can be used as a cure for diarrhea if used fried. It reduces blood pressure and removes cholesterol and fat from the blood. Do not intake if you have excess acid in the stomach.
*Corn silk tea
Put 10g of corn silk in 500cc of water and boil with strong heat. Weaken the fire when it starts to boil. Do not intake large amount at the first time and increase the amount gradually. It has mild diuresis effect and is good for swelling.
